On October 20, 2008, Riviera Holdings Corporation ("Riviera") (Amex:RIV) announced through a press release that in conjunction with the release of Riviera's third quarter financial results, Riviera will hold a conference call on Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. EDT (the "Conference Call"). A copy of the release is included in Exhibit 99 hereto.
