Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On October 21, 2008, PACCAR Inc (the "Registrant") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2008 and announcing that it would hold a conference call with securities analysts to discuss third quarter 2008 earnings to be held that same day as more fully described in the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
