On October 17, 2008, Metalico, Inc. (the "Company") announced it will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Friday, November 7, 2008, to discuss its results for the third quarter of 2008. The Company's press release announcing the call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
