On October 14, 2008, Neurogen Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and made part of this report, announcing positive top-line results from two Phase 2 clinical trials in restless legs syndrome (RLS) and Parkinson's disease (PD) with the Company's dopamine partial agonist, aplindore.
