On August 1, 2008, the Registrant filed an 8-K announcing the election of Daniel Connors to the Registrant's Board of Directors to serve as a Class II director.

On October 8, 2008, the Registrant's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Connors as a member of the Finance Committee and Technology Advisory Committee of the Board.
