Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 29, 2008, Elizabeth M. Reynolds delivered a notice of resignation from her position as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Capstone Turbine Corporation (the "Company") in order to pursue a career as Vice President of Finance of a privately held company. The resignation of Ms. Reynolds will be effective as of October 10, 2008.
Effective as of October 10, 2008, Jayme L. Brooks, 37, will serve as Interim Chief Accounting Officer of the Company until a permanent Chief Accounting Officer is named. Ms. Brooks joined the Company in September 2005 and served as Director of Financial Reporting from September 2005 until February 2008. Ms. Brooks has served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of the Company since February 2008. From March 2003 until September 2005, she was Vice President and Controller of Computer Patent Annuities North America LLC, a company providing solutions for intellectual property management needs, technology renewal services, software tools and portfolio management. Ms. Brooks is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in California and a member of Financial Executives International.
