The Board of Directors of Web2Corp has accepted the resignation(s) of William Mobley as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Andre Forde as President and Eric Sidell as a Director effective September 20, 2008. The Board has named L. Joshua Eikov to serve as interim President and CEO and a Director of the Company. Mr. Eikov has over 17 years in technology business that spans telecom, internet and wireless technologies. The Board has also named Aaron Stein as interim Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer and a Director. Mr. Stein, CPA remains as a Director and brings over 25 years of experience to the CFO office.

The Company will continue to operate while it reviews its options and potential partners and merger opportunities.
