Appointment of Principal Officers
On September 26, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing that
Phillip J. Mazzuca has resigned from his position as Executive Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer to assume a position with a private healthcare
company. He will remain with MedCath for up to 90 days.
