On September 23, 2008, Aircastle Limited issued a press release, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company entered into and funded a five year, $206.6 million senior secured term loan on a portfolio of nine aircraft.
