On September 23, 2008, GHL Acquisition Corp. ("GHQ") and Iridium Holdings LLC ("Iridium Holdings") hosted a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss the transaction that was announced earlier today pursuant to which, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the transaction agreement, dated as of September 22, 2008, among GHQ, Iridium Holdings and the other parties named therein, GHQ will acquire the outstanding units of Iridium Holdings.
