On September 18, 2008, NovaDel Pharma Inc., a Delaware corporation, issued a press release to announce that the United States Food and Drug Administration had extended the Prescription Drug User Fee Act deadline for Zolpimist (zolpidem tartrate) Oral Spray for the short-term treatment of insomnia for up to three months until December 19, 2008.

A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
