(c) On September 16, 2008, the Board of Directors appointed Douglas J. Manko to serve as Controller of ENSCO International Incorporated. Mr. Manko, 34, joined the Company in May 2004 as Public Reporting Manager and most recently served as Director of Management Systems. From 1996 to 2004, Mr. Manko served in various capacities as an employee of the accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Manko holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College.

Mr. Manko replaces David A. Armour, who was appointed Vice President - Finance by the Board of Directors on September 16, 2008. On that date, the Board of Directors also appointed former Vice President - Finance, H. E. Malone, Jr., to serve as Vice President - Finance (International).
