On September 17, 2008, Limelight Networks, Inc. (the "Company") and Two-Way Media LLC agreed to settle the lawsuit filed by Two-Way Media LLC in April 2008 against the Company and other defendants in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, Corpus Christi Division. As part of the settlement agreement, Two-Way Media LLC agreed to dismiss the lawsuit, and Limelight acquired a non-exclusive license under the Two-Way Media LLC patents.
