(b) On September 12, 2008, Mario M. Rosati, a member of the Board of
Directors (the "Board") of Aehr Test Systems (the "Company"), notified the
Company that he will not be standing for re-election to the Board at the
Company's 2008 Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for October 28, 2008
(the "2008 Annual Meeting"). Mr. Rosati will remain on the Board until the
Company's 2008 Annual Meeting. The decision by Mr. Rosati was not the result
of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations,
policies or practices.
