On August 27, 2008, at our annual meeting of stockholders, our stockholders approved the Kewaunee Scientific Corporation 2008 Key Employee Stock Option Plan (the "Plan"). Options to purchase a total of up to 300,000 shares of our common stock may be granted under the Plan.
