Officers.
Effective August 22, 2008, Marc Potter resigned as an Executive Vice President
of the Company. The services of Mr. Potter had been made available to the
Company pursuant to a Secondment Agreement dated August 9, 2007 (the
"Agreement") between the Company and Leisurecorp LLC, a related party. The
parties to the Amendment agreed to terminate the Agreement effective August 22,
2008, and accordingly, Mr. Potter submitted his resignation as set forth above.
