Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 19, 2008, PRG-Schultz International, Inc. ("PRG") announced the intention of James B. McCurry, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of PRG, to resign prior to the end of the year. The independent members of PRG's Board of Directors have appointed a search committee, led by Presiding Director Patrick G. Dills, to conduct a national search for Mr. McCurry's successor.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. McCurry's intention to resign is filed with this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
