On August 20, 2008, IA Global, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its results for the three months ended June 30, 2008 ("June 30, 2008 Release"), a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. As part of the June 30, 2008 Release, the Company presented certain financial information, including the following:

(a) Consolidated Balance Sheets as of June 30, 2008 and March 31, 2008, respectively;

(b) Consolidated Statements of Operations for the three months ended June 30, 2008 and 2007, respectively;

(c) Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows for the three months ended June 30, 2008 and 2007, respectively;
