(the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company's stockholders voted to approve the previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of June 9, 2008, among the Company, US Investigations Services, LLC and Hercules Acquisition Corp., as amended by Amendment No. 1 thereto, dated July 23, 2008, and Amendment No. 2 thereto, dated July 29, 2008, at a special meeting of the Company's stockholders held on August 18, 2008.
