On August 15, 2008, Authentidate Holding Corp. (the "Registrant") announced by press release that AHC Group, Inc., its new subsidiary formed by the Registrant to implement the proposed merger between the Registrant and Parascript, LLC, filed a registration statement on Form S-4 to cover the shares to be issued in the proposed merger. The press release further informed interested parties that copies of all documents filed with the SEC regarding the proposed merger filed under the company name "AHC Group, Inc." may be obtained free of charge at
(i) the SEC's website (www.sec.gov) or (ii) the Registrant's website (www.authentidate.com).
