American Mold Guard, Inc. ("AMG") has engaged Stark Winter Schenkein & Co., LLP as its independent registered public accounting firm as of August 12, 2008. Immediately prior to such date, AMG did not have any form of auditor-client relationship with an independent accountant. From approximately December 15, 2004 to April 8, 2008, AMG maintained an auditor-client relationship with Haskell & White LLP.
