ITEM 5.03. AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR

On August 6, 2008, with the approval of our Board of Directors, we merged with our subsidiary, American Exploration Corporation and amended our Articles of Incorporation to change our name to "American Exploration Corporation".
