Community Bankers Trust Corporation (the "Company") announced on August 6, 2008, that it has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share. Based on the closing price of the Company's stock on July 31, 2008 ($4.36), the dividend yield is 3.67%. The dividend is payable on August 29, 2008 to shareholders of record as of August 15, 2008.
