On August 5, 2008, Approach Resources Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the Company's financial and operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2008. The press release contains certain non-GAAP financial information. The reconciliation of such non-GAAP financial information to GAAP financial measures is included in the press release.
