Effective August 15, 2008, the employment of Deborah Neymark, the Company's Vice President of Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Research and Reimbursement, will terminate, on which date Ms. Neymark's Employment Agreement with the Company, dated April 13, 2004, will also terminate.
