Results of Operations and Financial Condition, Financial Statements and Exhibits
On July 31, 2008, NovaMed, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the period ended June 30, 2008. The Company also announced that its Board of Directors has adopted a program to repurchase from time to time at management's discretion up to $8 million of the Company's common stock in the open market or in private transaction during the 12-month period ending July 31, 2009 at prevailing market prices. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
