MWI Veterinary Supply Co. has finalized the transaction in which it purchased substantially all of the assets of AAHA Services Corporation, operating as AAHA MARKETLink and entered into a long-term sponsorship and licensing agreement between MWI and American Animal Hospital Association. This transaction closed on July 15, 2008 and was deemed effective as of July 1, 2008.
