On July 11, 2008, the Board of Directors authorized the repurchase of up to 2.0 million shares of common stock of the Company, in accordance with a written plan adopted pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
On July 16, 2008, the Company issued a press release announcing the adoption of the share repurchase program. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
