On July 15, 2008, Aceto Corporation, a New York corporation (the "Registrant"), issued
a press release to announce that the Company had exceeded $100 million in sales in the fiscal 2008 fourth quarter. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
