(UTi) received a request for information issued by the European Commission (EC) requesting certain information and records relating to the EC's ongoing investigation of alleged anti-competitive behavior relating to freight forwarding services in the European Union/European Economic Area. UTi intends to cooperate with the EC regarding its request for information.
