As previously announced Tamalpais Bancorp (the "Registrant"), formerly Epic Bancorp, applied with NASDAQ to change the trading symbol of the Registrant from EPIK to TAMB. The Registrant began trading under the new symbol of TAMB on the NASDAQ Capital Markets on Wednesday, June 18, 2008.
