Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers
On June 5, 2008, Sang Don Kim resigned as the President and Chief Executive
Officer of Cintel Corp. (the "Company"). There were no disagreements with the
Company that led to Mr. Kim's resignation.
On June 5, 2008, the Company appointed Kwang Hee Lee, currently a Director of
the Company, to serve as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Lee, 42, has served as a Director of the Company since July 2006.Mr. Lee is
the Team Head of the Life Science Investment Team of KTB Network Corp. Mr. Lee
has served in this capacity since 1994. Mr. Lee graduated from the Sogang
University in 1993 with a major in Business Administration. Mr. Lee also holds a
MA in Finance from the Sogang University.
