Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 13, 2008, Mr. Jesper Rathje, the Principal Accounting Officer of PeopleSupport, Inc. (the "Company"), submitted his resignation, which will be effective on May 30, 2008. Mr. Rathje is resigning his position to pursue other interests.
The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Caroline Rook as the Company's Principal Accounting Officer effective May 13, 2008, the date of Mr. Rathje's submission of his resignation. Ms. Rook, age 50, has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since June 2002. Prior to joining the Company, from June 2000 to June 2002, Ms. Rook was Corporate Leader, Financial Operations of Acxiom Corporation, a publicly traded technology company based in Little Rock, Arkansas that provides customer information management solutions. Prior to joining Acxiom, Ms. Rook was at Sterling Software, Inc., where she served as Vice President of Finance in the Business Intelligence Group and for two divisions. Ms. Rook has over 25 years of financial experience. Ms. Rook has a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Computation from the University of Manchester (England) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
