On April 30, 2008, Walter F. Ielusic resigned as General Electric Company's Acting Chief Accounting Officer and Jamie S. Miller assumed the position of Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Ielusic will continue in his current capacity as Vice President Technical Center of Excellence Controller.
