As previously announced, on February 22, 2008, the Board of Directors of American Dental Partners, Inc. (the "Company") elected Steven J. Semmelmayer to serve as a Class II Director. On April 25, 2008, the Company's Board appointed Mr. Semmelmayer to the Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees of the Board.
