(the "Company") dated January 31, 2008, ENTECH, Inc, a Delaware corporation, was merged with and into WorldWater Merger Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company as of January 28, 2008, with WorldWater Merger Corp. continuing as the surviving entity and as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company under the name ENTECH, Inc.
