Officers
Masahisa Naitoh is retiring from DuPont's Board of Directors and will not stand
for re-election at the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on April 30,
2008. Mr. Naitoh is retiring pursuant to the age 70 retirement policy in the
Board's Corporate Governance Guidelines.
Concurrent with Mr. Naitoh's retirement, Alexander M. Cutler, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of Eaton Corporation, will be a nominee for election to
DuPont's Board of Directors at the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on
April 30, 2008.
