Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 24, 2008, Leggett & Platt, Incorporated issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2007. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
