Appointment of Principal Officers.
(b) On January 22, 2008, Robert Fagenson was elected Chairman of the Board of
Directors of Document Security Systems, Inc. (the "Company" and the "Board,"
respectively) and the Lead Independent Director of the Board. Mr. Fagenson has
been a member of the Board since 2004.
(d) On January 22, 2008, Patrick White, the Chief Executive Officer of the
Company, resigned from his position of Chairman of the Board. Mr. White retained
his position of Chief Executive Officer of the Company and remains a member of
the Board. Mr. White joined the Board and was named Chairman of the Board in
2002.
