Effective December 20, 2007, Eric H. Winston resigned as a Director of Dynamic Leisure Corporation (the "Company"). The decision by Mr. Winston to resign from his position was not the result of any material disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
