The company offers heterojunction bipolar transistor wafers (HBT transistor wafers) and other commercial semiconductors for wireless handset products, and wireless fidelity or WiFi integrated circuits, as well as for fiber optic switching equipment used in broadband Internet data transmission wireless local area network chipsets and high speed instrumentation. Its CyberDisplay products include miniature display products that are used for consumer electronics, military, and next generation mobile communications devices; electronic view finders in camcorders, digital cameras, and thermal weapon sights; and applications, such as reading e-mail and browsing the Internet using digital wireless devices and viewing video from consumer electronics devices, such as MP3 or iPod storage devices. The company sells its HBT transistor wafer products directly to integrated circuit manufacturers in the United States and Asia, and consumer electronic CyberDisplay products directly and through distributors to original equipment manufacturers.
