The Document Management segment offers document design, printed documents, and warehouse and distribution services; subcontracted products, such as envelopes, blank cut sheet, ATM rolls, business cards, and folders; secure document solutions, including checks, money orders, official checks, drug prescriptions, birth certificates, and college transcripts; printer supplies, computer supplies and accessories, and fax and copier supplies; conversion management; and commercial print services. The Label Solutions segment provides identification and instructional labels, bar code label solutions, and hazard warning and safety communication labels. The POD Services segment offers training, instruction, and other manuals on demand; digital print; campaign management; e-library that allows users to search and order marketing collateral; statement printing/Internet presentment services; and contracted print services. The Document Systems segment engages in licensing the rights to software products, as well as provides maintenance and other customer support services, professional services associated with the licensing of software, and sells related hardware equipment, such as printers. The company primarily serves the healthcare, industrial, and commercial markets, including financial and insurance industries, as well as business services, government, transportation, and retail customers.
