The company offers capsules, tablets, and nutrition bars, under the brand names of Schiff, Move Free, MegaRed, Tiger’s Milk, and Fi-Bar. The Schiff brand includes specialty supplements in the joint care category, and vitamin products that provide essential vitamins and minerals as supplements to healthy diet and exercise. The Tiger’s Milk product line includes nutrition bars that supply proteins, vitamins, and other essential nutrients with fewer calories; and the Fi-Bar product line comprises snack bars free of hydrogenated oils and trans fat. The company also manufactures and distributes private label products for retail customers, which include specialty supplements, as well as vitamins and minerals comprising joint care products, vitamin B, and calcium. It sells its products directly, as well as through brokers to warehouse clubs, mass merchandisers, drug stores, and supermarkets. The company was formerly known as Weider Nutrition International, Inc. and changed its name to Schiff Nutrition International, Inc. in October 2005.
