The Control Products & Solutions segment provides electro-mechanical and electronic motor starters, motor and circuit protection devices, AC/DC variable frequency drives, contactors, push buttons, signaling devices, termination and protection devices, relays and timers, and condition sensors; and value-added packaged solutions, such as configured drives, motor control centers, and custom-engineered panels for original equipment manufacturer and end-user applications. It also offers automation and information solutions, including custom-engineered hardware and software systems; and provides total life-cycle support services. This segment markets its products primarily under the Allen Bradley, A-B, and ICS Triplex brand names. The company serves food and beverage, automotive, oil and gas, metals, mining, home and personal care, and life sciences markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. Rockwell Automation, Inc. was founded in 1928 and is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
