The company primarily offers natural gas compressors on rental basis. In addition, Natural Gas Services Group manufactures a proprietary line of compressor frames, cylinders, and parts. Further, it designs, fabricates, sells, installs, and service flare stacks, and related ignition and control devices for onshore and offshore incineration of gas compounds, such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, natural gas, and liquefied petroleum gases. As of December 31, 2007, the company had rented 1,194 natural gas compressors totaling approximately 140,853 horsepower. Natural Gas Services was founded in 1998 and is based in Midland, Texas.
