It also offers ancillary services, including marketing support, education, training, and billing assistance. The company provides imaging and therapeutic services primarily to hospitals and other healthcare providers on a shared-service and full-time service basis. As of December 31, 2007, it operated 88 fixed-site imaging centers, including 72 MRI fixed-site imaging centers, 3 PET or PET/CT fixed-site imaging centers, 8 other modality fixed-site imaging centers, and 5 unconsolidated joint ventures.
