The company’s materials packaging and dispensing systems consist of the NOWPak container assemblies; high purity liquid materials packaging and dispensing system products that comprise Bag-in-a-Bottle container system, Bag-in-a-Can container system, and Bag-in-a-Drum container system; and NOWtrak RFID-based chemical management systems. ATMI also offers applications and analytical support services relating to its products. ATMI has a strategic alliance with Enthone, Inc. to sell and distribute rights to Enthone’s copper ECD products worldwide; and Matheson Tri-Gas, Inc. to manufacture and distribute certain SDS products.
