| Oil States International, Inc., through its subsidiaries, provides specialty products and services to the oil and gas drilling and production companies worldwide. It operates in three segments: Well Site Services, Offshore Products, and Tubular Services. The Well Site Services segment offers a range of products and services that are used to establish and maintain the flow of oil and gas from a well throughout its lifecycle, and to accommodate personnel in remote locations. It provides drilling services, rental equipment, work force accommodations, catering and logistics services, and modular building construction services. The Offshore Products segment designs and manufactures flexible bearings and connector products; sub sea pipeline products; marine winches, mooring and lifting systems, and rig equipment; and conductor casing connections and pipes; and provides drilling riser repair services, as well as blowout preventor stack assembly, integration, testing, and repair services. The Tubular Services segment distributes a range of casing and tubing products; provides threading, remediation, logistical, and inventory management services; and offers e-commerce pricing, ordering, tracking, and financial reporting capabilities. Oil States International serves national oil companies, major and independent oil and gas companies, and other oilfield service companies in the Gulf of Mexico, U.S. onshore, West Africa, the North Sea, Canada, South America, and southeast and central Asia.
