The eTransactions segment provides e-signature products that enable organizations to capture legally-binding e-signatures and bind that information to the document for archiving and future verification. Its ePad family of products includes various functionalities, such as full-color LCD displays, fingerprint sensors, and device encryption. This segment also provides IntegriSign Signature Software Suite for encrypting and embedding e-signatures in documents along with additional signature data, such as date and time. It primarily serves firms in the financial services market, which include banking, insurance, financial planning and brokerage, auto finance, and mortgage companies; government sectors; healthcare sectors; and telecommunication sectors.
