The company’s product pipeline also includes CRx-139, a dissociated glucocorticoid product candidate, which has completed Phase IIa clinical trials for rheumatoid arthritis; CRx-191, a topical synergistic combination drug candidate that has completed Phase IIa clinical trials for psoriasis; and CRx-197, a novel topical anti-inflammatory product candidate for the treatment of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and other inflammatory dermatoses. In addition, it develops CRx-401, a novel oral anti-diabetic, which is under Phase IIa clinical trials for Type II diabetes; and CRx-170, an oral synergistic combination drug candidate, which has completed Phase IIa clinical trials in asthma.
